1996 - Present: Shareholder and President of G. William Hatfield CPA, PC. Service predominantly small businesses. Prepare approximately 400 individual, fiduciary partnership, not for profit and corporate tax returns each year. Provide extensive tax planning, financial planning and business management consulting for numerous clients.

1999 - 2003: Shareholder and President of The Financial Center, Inc., a full service securities sales and financial planning firm. Securities offered exclusively through Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. Member NASD/SIPC.

1981 - 1995: Sole Practitioner, Oneida, New York. Practiced as a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner (after 1989) with a support staff of four.

1975 - 1981: Formed partnership of Hatfield & Wargo, CPA's located in Utica, New York. Built the firm to a staff size of ten with six professional staff.  Acted as managing partner from 1979 to 1981.

1971 - 1975: Carlton C. Shay, CPA, PC, Oneida, New York. Managed numerous small business clients, audit and non-audit, plus 100 to 150 individual and corporate tax clients.

1969 -1971: Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co., Syracuse, New York. Staff Trainee - Worked as staff auditor on bank audits and commercial audits. Spent six months assigned to the tax department.
